Using This Website
The content here is general information about our moving services. It does not form a contract on its own – your signed estimate and bill of lading control the actual job.
Estimates And Booking
- Every quote rests on the rooms, items, access, and dates you describe.
- Local work runs hourly or as a written binding flat rate, with a one-hour minimum.
- A $95 deposit reserves your date and is credited to the final bill.
- If the real scope differs from your description, we discuss any change before continuing.

Our Authority And Coverage
Long Distance Movers is a licensed and insured Florida moving company with US DOT and MC authority. Basic released-value protection covers $0.60 per pound per article; full-value coverage up to $1,000,000 is available for an added fee as your agreement spells out.
Claims: report any loss or damage in writing within the window set by your moving agreement and applicable law, and we will walk you through it.
